Monday, July 31, 2017 | Healthy lifestyleGenetic factors come first in the causes of migraines. If you have migraines in one of your family members, you are 40% likely to have migraines. A person with both migraine and maternal disease can experience migraine complaints of up to 75%. One of the causes of migraine headaches is hormonal changes. Migraine is therefore most commonly seen in women. The incidence of females is three times higher than that of males. Nausea vomiting, light and sese tenderness may occur during an attack. It is usually unilateral, intense and pulsating. In the majority of patients the attack occurs before the age of 40 years.
Migraine attacks are more likely to occur in the presence of some triggering factors.
One of these factors is the wind; Especially with lodos.
In cold and windy weather in winter months migraine attacks are significantly increased.
You can get rid of migraine attacks largely!
In cold and windy weather, cover your head with something that protects the beret, such as a scarf.
Do not take a bath in the morning and go out there. If you take a bath and go out, your head will feel more of a cool breeze.
Do not stand in the wind. It is very important to prevent wind directly from the head.
Do not blow your face directly into the air-conditioner in your home or car. Do not make work too hard.
If your migraine is triggering the lodos, try not to go out that day. When you open the door and bring that air in, you have the chance to experience the effect of the lodos at home.
Do not open the window so you will feel the breeze in your car journey.
Use the hair dryer in a warm setting. It must not be too hot or too cold. It should be close to body heat and fast blowing.
